Hi, what time is it when you guys mostly online? Just want to know since the network at my home sucks, i have to go find some internet services outside to properly playing netplay with anyone outside my country. I'm just afraid that you guys will go to bed or working when i am online =.=!

Just check +8GMT.. Usually players will start appearing in IRC about 7pm 
The best thing you can do is just afk in irc for the whole day tho
